Property Overview
Consisting of 3 bedrooms all with queen size beds, plus a bunk room with 4 beds, the accommodation sleeps 10 very comfortably.
Included are 2 master bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and Juliet balconies, plus 2 extra full bathrooms on each floor.
There is parking for 2 cars in the garage underneath the home and lockable storage outside for ski and snowboard equipment. Please note that the 2nd vehicle parking space is for compact cars only, less than 16ft long. Max garage entry height is 7ft.
There is a separate road parking pass available if needed.
Layout
The main entrance is through double doors on the 1st floor leading into the mud area with ample storage space for bags, coats, boots etc. The open plan design also accommodates the large media room with seating area and 65" TV. There is also a laundry room, with washer, drier, sink and drying area. A walkway leads to the 2 bedrooms, the 1st master bedroom with a queen bed has a walk in closet, Juliet balcony and en-suite steam shower with double sink unit. The 2nd bedroom is a bunk room, with 4 beds, closet and storage space, opposite is the family bathroom with soaking tub and overhead shower.
Stairs lead up to the 2nd floor open plan space which enjoys a modern, fully equipped kitchen with dish washer and a breakfast bar, plus 2nd lounge area with seating and 2nd TV, and the dining area. Also on this floor is the 2nd master bedroom with queen bed, walk in closet and Juliet balcony, and en-suite shower room. There is another bedroom with queen bed and closet space, opposite which is the 4th bathroom with large shower.
Accordion doors in the dining area open onto the outside living space, with high bar and seating area, plus grill. From here you can enjoy the stunning views and take in the peace and tranquility of the box canyon setting.
The home is equipped with WiFi and the 1st floor has radiant floor heating.

Festivals
Telluride is renowned for its eclectic mix of summer festivals, such as Mountain-film Festival, Telluride Film Festival, Bluegrass Festival, Jazz Festival, the Blues and Brews Festival, Mushroom Festival, plus many more. Set in the idyllic box canyon the stunning scenery makes the festival experience truly magical.
Winter Activities
Telluride ski resort boasts deep powder, endless runs, no lift lines, blissful solitude and endless breathtaking views of the San Juan Mountains. It boasts more than 2,000 acres of lift-accessible terrain. Telluride’s 4,425 feet of vertical is accessed via 19 lifts, 148 runs and 4 terrain parks. From beginner to advanced, there's ski and snowboard fun for all.
Heli skiing or cat skiing is available for those looking for untracked powder adventure in the backcountry.
Other winter activities include snowshoeing and Nordic skiing, horseback and sleigh rides, ice skating, sledding, big tire biking, ice climbing and winter fly fishing.
Summer Activities
Summer activities include 4X4 off-roading, hiking, mountain biking & rock climbing. Also paragliding, horseback riding and river sports such as fly fishing, canoeing & paddle boarding.
Telluride Town park has a public pool, and a Skate Park, featuring a Half-Pipe-style vert ramp and double mini-ramp with roller transition and vert wall designed by Grindline.
In Mountain Village there is an adventure activity center plus other family fun activities at the green.
Telluride Golf Course is a par 71, 6,739-yard, 18-hole, mountain resort course, its fairways wind through aspen groves and towering pines and beside mountain ponds and sparkling streams.
